Association between MEG3 methylation patterns and 14q32 miRNA expression in the clinical NCI TARGET data. Analysis of 10 probes for CpG sites within the DLK1/MEG3 imprinted region included on the Illumina 450K methylation array. Correlation coefficients for each probe, averaged over the prognostic 14q32 miRNAs, are shown. Coefficients between 0.3 and 0.5 were considered moderately strong, and those between 0.15 and 0.3 were considered moderate. A + or − sign symbolizes a positive or negative correlation coefficient, respectively (Spearman p < 0.1). Upstream or downstream distances of the CpG sites from the MEG3 TSS are also shown
