IQS019 overcomes anti-Ig-mediated BCR activation in B lymphoid cell lines and primary samples. Representative cell lines and primary cultures were pre-treated for 1.5 h with increasing concentrations of IQS019, followed by anti-Ig-mediated BCR ligation, as described in methods section. a Expression levels of p-Syk and p-Lyn were analyzed by Western Blot, as previously, using β-actin as a loading control.
