The effect of NT1014 on adhesion and invasion in ovarian cancer cells. The IGROV-1 and SKOV3 cells were cultured for 24 h and then treated with NT1014 (1–1000 μM) in a laminin-coated 96 well plate or BME-coated 96 transwell plate for 2 or 24 h to assess adhesion and invasion in a plate reader. The data represents relative inhibition in each cell line (a, b). The expression of E-cadherin, β-catenin, Slug, and vimentin were analyzed by Western blotting (c). *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01
