Immunoblot analysis of phospho- and total AMPKα levels (A) in MCF-7 and BT-474 cells treated with 10 μM of 8-Cl-Ado for the indicated times. (B) Analysis of the phosphorylation levels of the AMPK target, ACC, in MCF-7 and BT-474 cells treated as described above. The normalized ratio of p-ACC to GAPDH relative to the untreated control is indicated beneath each lane. GAPDH was used as a loading control for all immunoblots.
