From: SU11652 Inhibits tyrosine kinase activity of FLT3 and growth of MV-4-11 cells
SU11652 effectively inhibits the growth of MV-4-11 cells. A. MV-4-11, HL-60, Karpas 299, and Jurkat cells were cultured in the presence of various concentrations of SU11652 for 48 hours.
